Reported Incident in Westhaven. A 15 year old girl was approached on Hubbardton Way at 7:00 pm on Friday, March 5, 2010, by a middle-aged white male driving a green pickup truck with a camper shell, who attempted to talk to her. When the girl ran into a neighbor's garage, the vehicle quickly left the community via the lower entrance. The police were called immediately and a report was issued. This is a reminder to residents to be cautious and aware of their surroundings at all times, and to report anyone who appears suspicious.

2010 Homeowners Fees. Due to increasing costs for contracts, and landscape maintenance and improvement, the Board of Directors has voted to increase the annual assessment amount by 5% for 2010, to a quarterly assessment rate of $246. See the Association's 2010 Operating Budget for important information and instructions for paying the 2010 fees.
