The Westhaven Community Handbook (in PDF*) is designed to serve as a guide to maintaining and enhancing Westhaven's carefully designed environment. Its guidelines and standards address the improvements most likely to require approval by the Architectural Control Committee, and it assists homeowners in following the procedures required by the community for maintaining and upgrading their properties.
This copy of the Westhaven Community Handbook is being made available to homeowners via this Web site as a convenience. Please note that the Westhaven Board of Directors keeps the original, and where appropriate, signed copies of the documents available here, and that those copies take precedence over the electronic versions.
Community Handbook Exhibit A, the Request for Approval of Modifications form, is available as a separate document. Refer to the Community Handbook for assistance when completing this form.
In addition to the information contained in the Community Handbook, residents may find the following documents helpful. Direct questions to the Architectural Control Committee.

Resale Disclosure Information
Changes to Virginia law as of July 1, 2007 included changes to the condominium and property owner's association (POA) resale process. The state of Virginia requires resale disclosure at the time of a sale. The resale packet, prepared by the management company, provides details about the community to help a prospective purchaser make a well informed decision.
The seller of a property in Westhaven must complete a form to request a Resale Disclosure Packet from the Property Management Company. Call for information, or visit their web site for payment options and a copy of the form.
