Westhaven Homeowner Fees
As approved by the Board of Directors, the quarterly amount for 2017 is $332.18
According to the by-laws of the community, the Board has the right to increase the dues a maximum of 5% per year without the approval of two-thirds of the community. Any amount over 5%, or the need for a special assessment, must be presented to the community for approval. If additional funds were needed, the homeowners would be informed of the projects that require completion within a certain time frame, and the dollar amount required for the work to be performed.
The fees are due and payable on the first day of each quarter: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. If fees are not received by the fifteenth day of the month in which they become due, a $30.00 late fee will be added to your account. There is also a $25.00 fee if the bank returns your check.
If you wish, you can pay your full assessment in advance. The amount is $1328.72, and many residents do pay in advance.
There are three payment options:
- Via on-line electronic payment through the website http://www.ghacm.com.
- Via an ACH/Direct Debit program. Payments can be made automatically through the bank account of your choice. Please fill out the ACH Payment Authorization form and return to the office address listed on the form.
- Via regular mail or a personal bill pay service. Make payments to:

You will not receive reminders, notices of payment due, or statements. You are responsible for remembering to send your fees in on time.
