Westhaven Homeowners Association Board of Directors Information

To facilitate communication between the Board of Directors and residents regarding matters of importance and/or general interest, the Board has established an email list. Email notification will not replace, but will supplement, the required hardcopy notifications. However, information regarding community activities such as Earth Day cleanup and neighborhood block parties, will only be sent via email and posted on this web site.

If you would like to be added to the email list, please send a message to Tom Markell, Community Manager, at t.markell@cmgmt.com and include your name, street address, and the email address you'd like to use to receive Association updates. To remove your email address from the list, or subscribe with a different address, contact Tom. Your email address will not be shared, or used for any other purpose.

Board Meeting Schedule

The WHOA Board of Directors are scheduled to meet on the 4th Monday of each month. Homeowners are encouraged to attend these meetings to share their views.

The next scheduled meetings will be held March 22, 2010 and April 26, 2010 at the John Marshall Library, 6209 Rose Hill Drive, Alexandria, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Resolution of the Board of Directors

Please be advised of the adoption by the Westhaven Homeowners Association Board of Directors, on 22 February 2007, of "Resolution of the Board of Directors of Westhaven Homeowners Association Regarding Assessment of Charges for Rules Violations".
